One of the best known places in Spain is the Monasterio de Piedra its park, but the monastery is an amazin building. It daes bach to the XII century. It was founded in 1194 by some monks  who come from Monasterio de poblet.

It was built as a retirement place. It is one of the oldes monasteries in Spain and it is a place nex Pidra´s  River, although it was abandoned during the  Mendizabal disentailment nd it was bought by a businessman.

Then it was a extraordinary cloister, now it is a hyel and the cells of the monks have been turned into hotel romos.

Nowadays it is a National Land, monk and therefore thousands of tourits visit it, I recommend everybdy to visit both the monastery and the park.
